Ordering while visiting Hanoi — or from abroad
You don't need to visit a workshop or speak Vietnamese. There are two ways to order:
- Order online yourself at mockup.startee.vn: upload your artwork, preview it, choose sizes and quantities, see the price and check out — no messages needed. Or message us on WhatsApp or Zalo (+84 943 903 866) with your artwork, quantity, sizes and the date you need the shirts.
- If you message us, we reply in English with the recommended fabric and printing method and a quote in VND (VAT included), and confirm the design with you before printing.
- Payment is by bank transfer or VietQR to our Vietnamese account. Online checkout uses VietQR, which needs a Vietnamese banking app; card payment isn't available yet, so without one, message us on WhatsApp or Zalo first.
- Stock blank tees take 3–5 working days. If you're leaving Hanoi soon, tell us your departure date up front so we can say honestly whether it fits.
- Pick up at our workshop in Dong Ngac, Bac Tu Liem, or have the order delivered anywhere in Vietnam.

Blank tees ready to print now
No need to wait for new sewing — Startee keeps blank t-shirts in stock, in standard S–3XL sizing, ready to print or embroider as soon as your design is final. Blanks come in a range of colors and fabrics: 100% cotton or combed cotton for accurate DTG color, cotton blends (CVC/TC) for a more durable, budget-friendly run, and pique knit for polos. Since blanks carry no pattern or sample cost, pricing stays stable and easy to quote from a single piece — ideal for one-off orders, gifts, or a sample before committing to a bulk run. Printing/embroidery and delivery usually take 3–5 working days. If you need a fit outside the standard size chart, Startee can advise switching to custom-pattern production.

Sending the right file from the start keeps your print crisp and avoids back-and-forth revisions. Use a high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) image or logo with a transparent background (PNG) so the print doesn't look pixelated when scaled up to the shirt, or a vector file (AI/PDF) if you have one — vectors scale to any size without losing quality. Startee's standard print area is 35×40cm for one side of a shirt and 10×10cm for a logo; anything larger is quoted as an add-on. On dark garments, DTG needs a white base layer under the design, so watch for artwork with light or transparent areas. No design file yet? Does a multi-color design cost more?
With DTG, the number of colors in your design doesn't increase the price — unlike screen printing, which needs a separate screen per color.
