Working with Startee from overseas
Startee has made custom apparel and uniforms in Hanoi, Vietnam since March 2017. DTF is printed in our own Hanoi workshop; DTG (on a Brother GTX with Innobella ink certified to OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT), screen printing, embroidery and sewing are produced by partner workshops in our network, while Startee handles artwork prep, the production spec, sample approval, quality checks and delivery. We've manufactured for corporate clients and international organizations working in Vietnam, including RMIT University, USAID and Vantix (Vingroup). No minimum order: standard items can be designed, priced and ordered online from a single piece, and bulk or custom runs are quoted per order. Stock blanks usually ship in 3–5 days.

Do I need to message Startee to order?
No. On Startee Mockup (mockup.startee.vn) you pick the product, upload your artwork, choose color, size and quantity, see the price and pay by VietQR bank transfer — no messages, phone calls or quote requests needed. We only contact you if your print file, delivery address or order details need clarifying.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Startee prints from a single piece for gifts, class and team tees, and takes company uniform orders of any size. The larger the quantity, the better the unit price.
How do I see the price — do I need a quote?
Ordering online on Startee Mockup shows the price instantly for your product and quantity, no quote needed. For custom-tailored uniforms, large orders or special fabrics, leave your number, call or message us on WhatsApp/Zalo for a free quote.
Can I pay online?
Yes. At the last step of an online order, the website shows a VietQR code with the exact amount and transfer note — scan it with your banking app, no account needed. Payment is confirmed automatically when the transfer arrives, then the order goes into production. VietQR works with Vietnamese banking apps; card payment isn't available yet, so if you don't have a Vietnamese bank app, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How long does production take?
Usually 3–5 working days, depending on quantity and print/embroidery technique. For rush orders we'll advise a faster option.
What if I don't have a design yet?
You can build a mockup on Startee Mockup, send your idea/logo for us to design, or let the NEXA assistant sketch it for you.
Which printing technologies does Startee offer?
All of them: DTG, DTF, screen, heat transfer, machine embroidery, patch embroidery, tie-dye and vinyl/decal — we advise the right technique for each fabric.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, Startee ships nationwide. Customers in Hanoi can visit the workshop to see samples or book an on-site consultation.
