Custom Printed Caps, Aprons & Promotional Gifts
Beyond uniforms and t-shirts, Startee also prints or embroiders logos on accessories that pair with a uniform order or work as standalone gifts: caps, tote bags, aprons, bandanas/scarves, and umbrellas. Each fits a different technique depending on the fabric — a logo doesn’t print the same way on every surface.

Products in this section
- Custom embroidered & printed caps — cotton twill caps with a metal buckle, trucker caps; embroidery or DTF.
- Custom logo aprons — fabric and printing choices for cafes, restaurants and spas.

Embroidered or printed cap logo?
Startee mainly makes cotton twill caps (metal buckle) and trucker caps (mesh back). Embroider a logo with few colors — durable, sharp, and it keeps the cap’s shape; print a multi-color or gradient logo with high-quality DTF. Thin nylon caps are hard to embroider cleanly and Startee doesn’t recommend them if the caps need to last. See embroidered or printed cap logo.
What fabric for aprons
Aprons for cafes, restaurants, spas or bakeries usually need a thick, stain-resistant fabric (twill, kate, or denim) with a front pocket for tools. Thicker fabric suits screen printing or DTF better than direct-to-garment. See more on fabric sourcing.
