The StarteeX Ecosystem
StarteeX is the technology ecosystem built by STARTEEX Co., Ltd, connecting customers to Startee’s production network (the DTF print workshop in Hanoi plus partner workshops) through digital products — instead of only taking orders by phone or chat like a traditional print shop. StarteeX ties design, ordering, production tracking and delivery into one flow, so customers deal with a single point of contact from design to delivery.
Main components
StarteeX App
The mobile app is the ecosystem’s main gateway, with modules including: custom print-on-demand (Upload & Print), Marketplace (exclusive products), Custom Uniform (Polo), Photo Studio (background removal, framing), real-time order tracking, a referral/affiliate program, and the Nexa AI assistant for in-app support.
Mockup Tool (mockup.startee.vn)
A free mockup tool that runs right in the browser — letting customers preview a design on t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, caps and tote bags before ordering, with no software to install. It comes with supporting design tools: automatic background removal, image vectorization, and print effects (Print FX).
Nexa — AI Assistant
Nexa is the AI assistant built into the StarteeX ecosystem, helping with product advice, printing technique guidance, size charts, and real-time order status — available both in the app and across chat channels.
Marketplace & Affiliate
Marketplace is the sales channel for exclusive products developed by StarteeX. The Affiliate program lets users refer customers and earn commission, extending the distribution channel without StarteeX having to run its own sales team.
Why Startee and StarteeX are separate
Startee handles the physical side of production — consulting, production specs, sample approval, quality control and delivery. StarteeX is the technology layer that makes access to that production capacity easier: ordering small quantities without a phone call, previewing a product with AI/mockup instead of waiting for a physical sample, tracking production progress in real time. Legally, both operate under STARTEEX Co., Ltd.
