Startee runs three service models in parallel, sharing one production workshop but with different ordering and quoting processes depending on scale and customer type.
- Bulk manufacturing for businesses & resellers (B2B) — printing/embroidery on blanks for resellers, brands and event organizers.
- Custom print-on-demand t-shirts (B2C) — individual customers design their own or send a file, ordering from a single piece.
- Custom uniform manufacturing — company, event, team and school uniforms, medium to large quantities.

The three services in detail
Bulk manufacturing (B2B)
Printing and embroidery in large, recurring runs for resellers, brands and event organizers. Quoted per volume — the larger the run, the better the per-piece price, most noticeably with screen printing. Lead times are agreed per batch. See B2B / bulk orders.
Custom print-on-demand (B2C)
Individuals design their own or send a file and order from a single piece, with no minimum; small runs usually ship in 3–5 working days. See custom t-shirts or small-run printing in Hanoi.
Custom uniforms

All services run through one Hanoi process — consulting, artwork prep, sample approval, quality check, delivery — across eight print and embroidery methods; DTG ink meets OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT and US-export products follow CPSIA.
