Ordering Corporate Uniforms: From Quote to Delivery
Ordering uniforms for an organization is different from ordering a few individual shirts — it needs consistent fabric, color and logo placement, plus a size chart that fits a wide range of body types. This page walks through the exact process Startee uses, from your first request to delivery.
Steps in the process
- Send a request: quantity (broken down by size if you have it), industry or use case (office, outdoor, sports), and your logo/design if you have one.
- Startee advises on the fabric that fits your use case — see what fabric for company uniforms.
- Lock in sizes using the standard size chart, checked against real measurements if needed.
- Sew a fit sample before running the full batch — especially important for orders of a hundred sets or more.
- Production and logo application — embroidery for medium/large runs that need durability, DTF or heat transfer for multi-color logos or a tighter deadline.
- Delivery within Hanoi or shipped nationwide.
Real orders Startee has completed
Startee has manufactured uniforms for a range of domestic and international organizations, including Kyodo Co., Ltd (300 premium 100% cotton t-shirts), Philips (200 polo shirts), Vantix — Vingroup (64 polo shirts), USAID — International Center (450 organization polo shirts), and RMIT University (uniform hoodies). See these contracts in detail on the Featured uniform contracts section.
How long it takes
For stock blanks (no custom sewing needed), printing/embroidery and delivery usually take 3–5 working days. Orders that need custom sewing or run at large volume take longer depending on design complexity and quantity — Startee gives a specific timeline as soon as the order is confirmed, so state your deadline upfront.
What to include when requesting a uniform quote
- Quantity broken down by size, and product type (t-shirt, polo, dress shirt, hoodie…).
- Your industry or use case, so we can recommend the right fabric.
- Your logo file and where you want it printed or embroidered.
- Your deadline, so production can be scheduled correctly.
