Custom Print-on-Demand T-Shirts (B2C)

For individual customers or small groups who want their own design printed on a t-shirt — no minimum quantity required, suitable for gifts, uniforms for a group of friends, clubs, or classes.

Ordering process

• Send your design file (or use the mockup.startee.vn tool to build one before ordering).
• Choose the t-shirt type, color, and print position (left chest, center, full front).
• Choose the right printing technology — DTG for multi-color designs or photos, screen printing for large quantities with few colors, heat transfer for simple designs.
• Approve a sample (for larger orders) before full production.

Because custom print-on-demand usually uses DTG or DTF — no screen setup required — the per-piece cost is higher than screen printing, but in exchange there is no minimum quantity and you can print several different designs within the same order.

Minimum order, turnaround and equipment

There is no minimum order — a single piece is fine, and several different designs can share one order. Small runs usually ship in 3–5 working days depending on technique. DTG orders are printed on a Brother GTX with Innobella ink certified to OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT at a partner workshop in Startee’s Hanoi network, so cotton garments come back photo-quality and skin-safe.

Preparing your artwork

• Send a PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi or higher, or a vector file (AI/PDF), sized to the real print area.
• On dark garments DTG adds a white base layer — keep that in mind for artwork with light or transparent areas.
