Uniforms are a product category that demands high consistency — the same fabric batch, the same printing/embroidery technique, and a size chart that fits a wide range of body types. Startee manufactures uniforms for businesses, events, sports teams and schools.

Steps in a uniform order

• Fabric consultation based on how it will be used (office, outdoor, protective gear, sports).
• Collect measurements or a sample size chart from the customer, checked against the workshop’s standard size chart.
• Embroider logos for medium/large quantities (long-lasting, premium look) or print with DTF/heat transfer for multi-color, fine-detail logos.
• Sew a fit sample before running the full batch, especially for orders of a hundred sets or more.

Common uniform types

• Office polo shirts and crew-neck t-shirts — logo embroidered on the left chest.
• Event/program uniforms — DTF or heat transfer printing in bulk on a short timeline.
• Sports and club uniforms — jersey numbers and names via DTF or screen printing on athletic knit fabric.
