Custom Printed Caps, Aprons & Promotional Gifts
Beyond uniforms and t-shirts, Startee also prints or embroiders logos on accessories that pair with a uniform order or work as standalone gifts: caps, tote bags, aprons, bandanas/scarves, and umbrellas. Each fits a different technique depending on the fabric — a logo doesn’t print the same way on every surface.

Which product fits which technique
| Product | Best technique | Minimum quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Caps | Computerized embroidery (thick twill) or heat-transfer vinyl (thin/nylon caps) | None |
| Aprons | Screen printing or DTF depending on quantity and number of colors | None |
| Tote bags (canvas) | Screen printing or DTG depending on design detail | None |
| Bandanas, scarves | Screen printing | None |
Embroidered or printed cap logo?
Thick fabric like twill embroiders well — durable, sharp, and keeps the cap’s shape. Thin or glossy fabric (nylon caps) is harder to embroider cleanly, so heat transfer or heat-transfer vinyl works better. See the related pages: computerized embroidery and heat-transfer vinyl.
What fabric for aprons
Aprons for cafes, restaurants, spas or bakeries usually need a thick, stain-resistant fabric (twill, kate, or denim) with a front pocket for tools. Thicker fabric suits screen printing or DTF better than direct-to-garment. See more on fabric sourcing.
